Liability Waiver for Factory Visits: "XenJC acts as a facilitator for factory tours. Clients acknowledge that industrial environments carry inherent risks and agree to hold XenJC harmless for any personal injury or property damage during site visits."

Cancellation and Refund Policy: "Full refund for cancellations made 14 days prior to the service date. 50% refund for 7-14 days. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled trip."
